Hot Cleansing Mode
This mode uses electric current to help open up pores and deep cleansing. Positive electron charges produced can remove negatively charged residues in pores which cannot be removed by simple washing (e.g. dirt, remaining makeup etc.).
1. After washing your face, saturate a piece of cotton pad with toner/makeup remover and place it on the heating head, then secure it with the attachment ring provided.
2. Select the ‘hot cleansing’ mode using the ‘mode’ button, and then choose a suitable electrical potential strength with the ‘level’ button. It is suggested that when using the device for the first time choose ‘Low’.
3. Hole up the main device and make sure your hand is touching the conducting back plate.
4. Place the heating head onto the skin and move slowly.
5. After 3 minutes, the device with turn off automatically followed by a beeping sound.
6. Remove the ring and the cotton pad, then use a tissue to clean the heating head surface.
Hot Moisturizing Mode
This mode uses warmth and micro-vibration to open up pores, hence allow moisturizing ingredients from the toner to permeate into the skin.
1. Attach a new cotton pad to the heating head soaked with toner and secure it with the attachment ring. On the other hand, a gel-like or thick toner can also be applied directly onto the heating head.
2. Plug the device into the main power supply using the USB cable and power adaptor provided. Turn on the device and select the ‘hot moisturizing’ mode using the ‘mode’ button.
3. Choose a suitable electrical potential strength with the ‘level’ button. (It is suggested that when using the device for the first time choose ‘Low’.)

This mode uses warmth that causes switching of positive and negative ions, as well as micro-vibration to enhance the effect of skin care products or sheet masks. Hence allowing the nutritious essence to reach the underlying skin and recover skin conditions.
1. Place a sheet mask onto your face or daily face moisturizer over your entire face.
2. After confirming that the power adaptor is connected to the device main body, press the power switch and then press the ‘mode’ button to select ‘hot mask’ mode.
3. Choose a suitable electrical potential strength with the ‘level’ button. (It is suggested that when using the device for the first time choose ‘Low’.)
4. Hole up the main device and make sure your hand is touching the conducting back plate.
5. Apply the heating head onto the moisturizing mask or facial cream and move gently.
6. After 3 minutes, the device with turn off automatically followed by a beeping sound.

1. Turn on the device and select the ‘cool’ mode by pressing the ‘mode’ button
2. Wait 10 seconds for the cooling head to prepare, it will be ready after a beeping sound.
3. Gently place the cooling head onto the skin, move the head back and forth from the centre to the outer side of your face. Do not treat the same area for more than 10 seconds.
4. After 1 minute and 50 seconds, the device with turn off automatically followed by a beeping sound.
